[W9RCA-News] RCA ARC Notes on FT8 DXpedition Mode

At the January Club meeting we discussed how to use the DXpedition Mode in FT8.  Hopefully, the attached writeup will help answer a few questions.  Keep in mind, this being an open source program there are some variations out there which may have some different features.  Hopefully compatible with the “official” WSJT-X version.
