[W9RCA-News] Indy Hamfest - Saturday

The Indianapolis Hamfest is this Saturday, July 11, at Camp Sertoma,  
German Church at Brookville Rd, US 52.  We need your help loading our  
stuff starting at 3:30 PM Friday, July 10 at Mike Koss’ warehouse.   
We also need your help Saturday selling the stuff.  If you're  
planning to help us load the Club stuff on Friday afternoon, we  
should have some advance tickets available at that time.  Please plan  
to help out for a couple of hours…. Thanks!

If you are interested in purchasing advance sale tickets elsewhere,  
they should be available at the vendors listed on the Hamfest mailer  
and on the www.indyhamfest.com web site, through the day of the  
show.   It is advised to check with the vendor prior to making the  
trip to them, in the event that they have sold out, though.

If you are planning on testing at the Hamfest, remember to bring a  
copy of your current license if you are upgrading.  Also, this  
testing session is being administered by W4VEC, and the cost for  
testing with them is $12.00.  Exact change would be appreciated.
