He was 91.</span></span><div><font face="Calibri, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;"><br></font></div><div><font face="Calibri, sans-serif" style="font-size: 14px;">Although Don was never a member of the RCA ARC, he promoted slow scan and fast scan amateur television for decades.
